Giant Steps Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah (Shiraz). The varieties are handpicked early in the season from estate Yarra Valley vineyards.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed using a very gentle crémant press cycle, typically used for sparkling wines. The clear juice is racked to a stainless steel tank for a long, cool ferment. At sugar dryness, the tank is chilled and the wine is bottled.

Pale pink, Giant Steps Rosé is inspired by the Rosés of Provence in southern France: bone dry, fresh and refreshing. Cellaring potential is one year.
